El Silencio Mezcal Joven

The wonderful Mezcal El Silencio “Joven” comes from the village of San Baltazar Guelavila. This special blend of three agave types – Espadin, Tobaisiche & Mexicano – is double distilled in copper pots making it a beautiful sipping Mezcal.

Smooth without giving up the rustic character of the drink, with the flavors of fennel, white pepper, and fine saddle leather lurking behind a merely lip-numbing burn.
