Haku Japanese Vodka

Haku Japanese Vodka is a premium craft vodka that is made from 100 percent Japanese white rice.

The white rice is fermented with koji rice to create a mash that is then distilled in a pot still. The second distillation goes through two different processes in a pot and column still. The vodka is blended then filtered through bamboo charcoal and is proofed to 40% ABV.

Look for aromas of crisp, fresh pear and citrus blossom on the nose. The Haku Vodka has a soft, appealing texture that envelops the palate, along with a slightly starchy and sweet flavor. It lingers with a pleasant, peppery tingle.
